I've had an idea for an evolutionary chain of Lobstors/crayfish for quite some time now, however the idea is a little fuzzy. Here's what I've got so far:

CrawMad, (Crawdad?) a small shrimp like creature that spits boiling hot water.
Type: Water/(Fire?)

Evolves into CrayBoyle

which evolves into Lobstorm!

I figure they would probably use Scald in there somewhere and Lobstorm should be pretty big (as all second evolved poke'mon are)

Hmm...someone came up with an idea called Klobster waaay back, but I don't remember any specifics...keep in mind, though, that this can't be approved until the Water ban is lifted.

Klobster was my idea. Water/Fighting, I think. I like the idea of a Water/Fire better, though. Very original. Much better than things I've thought of. Abominabubble... *shudder*

Hmm...I kind of like the idea of a water/fighting. We do have a lack of fighting types after all. I had an idea come to me last night, a family tree, something maybe like this:

Shrimp Pkmn(ideas?)

The Hermit crab would be a water/rock type, no name yet. I don't know if Krabby or Crawmad/Crayboyle should evolve with a positive happiness because bother are pretty grumpy. I'm deliberating on Crawmad or Crayboyle because I like them both but at the same time crawmad implies that it had a bad happiness while Crayboyle assumes that it learns scald and since it's possible that it COULD evolve into Klobstor, I want to leave it at just pure water. The entire idea is sketchy at best, but heck, that's why it's in the free-for-all section. Any help?

/Dammit! Ezboard refuses to cooperate. Well hopefully you guys can understand that Crawmad/Crayboyle can evolve into either Klobstor or Lobstorm.

Um...ASCII art don't work too well unless you use tags to tell it to pay attention to multiple spaces. Let me see if I understand what you're saying here, using the chart form I use at Pokmology where evolution is a move to the right:

Some sort of shrimp pokmon	Crayboyle Happiness	Lobstorm Level 28
		Klobster Water Stone
	Krabby Unhappiness	Kingler Level 28
		(hermitcrab pokmon) Water Stone

I'll point out, however, that aside from Slowbro, which has the classification Hermitcrab, PF has a whole family of hermit crabs already.
