Listen, I've got a weird story... you see, it was about two AM, and I woke up to some delightfully soothing music coming from outside. I looked out there, and this... this group of Pokemon was singing the most beautiful song ever! I quickly grabbed my Pokeball, and threw it at one of the wild Pokemon. For some reason, the Pokemon didn't run away... it kept singing! I caught it, and when I opened it back up, the Pokemon still sang! I drifted to sleep again while this Pokemon was singing, and now I report to you... this.

These were the Pokemon I saw last night... any ideas on what they are?

Wow..What wonderful music. Yet they aren't here. I can hear it. Maybe they are using Psychic powers. Or one of them. They look like they could use a variety of sound type attacks.
Lets think of names..
(Left) Soothet, Sinote
(Right) Trebleft, Trebleme, Kleftar

Nice! I suspect they are either Normal-types or Psychic-types. It's a good thing we need both.
(BTW, no Normal/Psychic combo please.)

Yes, I believe they were Psychic... their lips did not move, nor were they humming.

Some attacks I saw my new Pokemon do in battle were Psywave and Sing... this could be a hint at something. I'll have to train it more to see what happens.

Let's see...

For the baby one(the one on the left), I propose the name Hymnote, from the words 'hymn' and 'note'. For its evolution, on the right, I think Clefaria might be good, from the words 'clef' and 'aria'.

Hymnote sounds good, but I propose we change the spelling, to something like Himnote, so it doesn't look too much like the words Hymn and note put together.
For the second one, I think Clefaria is out of the question, as it sounds to close to Clefairy.
How about my suggestion ,Trebleffe. It is Treble Clef all together with some different spelling.

(Also, what do you say to spriting my Sedara? It would be an honour)

Hm, you're right... Trebleff sounds like a better idea. Also, Hymnote in my opinion is okay, it's not like the name "Hypno" was debated upon for being too similar.

(Sure thing! I'll be done with it in a while.)

For the little one, I like Sinote better. I don't think I read correctly, but if you decide to name it Himnote, than, what about the female version? I don't think it would fit ...her. By the way, do they even have genders? And if a sound type is made, which is currently being debated, they'd make perfect pokemon for the sound type and I think they'd be the frst sound pokemon on this site. That's if a sound type is made..............

These Pokemon appear to be genderless, according to what I saw.

Also, I'm doubtful a sound type will be made, but if it is, I think these would be candidates.

Yeah! That's what I meant to say!!! Imeant to say they'd make perfect candidates for the sound type but I forgot in like 3.5 seconds flat!!! But these are some pretty good pokemon. Were they using SING on you? I mean they were singing and then you went to sleep...............

Not to be rude or anything, byt Sinote isn't a very original thing. I could add the prefix psi- to any word and make a pokmon name, but the probably won't come out the best. I believe that Hymnote was a much better name, but that is only my opinion.

Psinote was actually a combination of psi and sinote, not psi and note. So its not as unoriginal as it may seem.

But in any case, Hymnote is just as good.
