For an ability, Forgotten Power! What it does is, when the happiness goes up, even though it prevents full happiness, it's attack power increases greatly! It does not look mean, so Water/Ghost. Height is 4' 09." and weight is 78.9 lbs. I so much more prefer the whole bred with Low Happiness! That is what the dex is partially based off of. BRED WITH LOW HAPPINESS!

Ghost pokemon are generally etherial (as in they're not solid, which is why they can do things like fly through walls and not be hit by Normal attacks) or are spirits possessing something. Just being sad is probably not a valid reason for making it a ghost type.

Um, can I say it should be a Dusk Stone evolution? Low happiness evolutions make me just think that you have to abuse the Pokemon to have it evolve. It just seems wrong. Ohwell

If people don't want the Dusk, then let offer alternatives:

Level up with a certain Dark/Ghost move.
Level up in the Cecidi Depths.
Level up at night with Heart Scale.
Level up at night. Period!
