Considering that Hymnote, and that Treble Clef Pokemon are approved, what about a Bass Clef? I actually saw one! It lullabied my friends to sleep with it's (strangely!) low voice. Though, it took longer than a Hymnote's would, they were in a deep sleep! I attacked it with an Eragriff, and captured it! It has basically the same qualities as the others, except it doesn't sing often! I think I heard it once say "Lullabass!" when I was sleeping. It could've just been my dream! Please help investigate!

Funny, when I observed Trebleff, I never saw this one... maybe depending on the time of day, it evolves differently?

Hmm, it is the Lullaby Pokemon. The type is Psychic. It's height is 1' 11" and weight is 6.2 lbs.! Ability is the same! Evolves from Hymnote at the same level as Treblef, but at Night, not Day! Move List is here!

Hm... I think it should be a little smaller and lighter than Treblef, to make it stand out a bit more. And let's call the PM/AM thing just "at day" and "at night", shall we? The same ability is fine.

Moonlight Aria is too long a name. Night Aria might work. Also, may I change its Pokédex Type to "Drowzy pokémon"? I dislike using Lullaby both in its name and in its classification.
As for the dex info, I'm sure I can combine both ideas in DP style once we've switched, since I like elements of both.

I disagree. Drowsy is a pokemon name. It wouldn't seem logical if we Drowsy was a name if a pokemon, AND a name of a species

Also, Night Aria sounds better for the move.

Wrong. The pokémon is called Drowzee, which is a play on the actual word 'drowsy'. Thus 'drowsy' is perfectly safe to use as classification. Calming pokémon could work too, but drowsy is probably more fitting.
