While doing research on Water Pokmon in the Planetary Isles, i found a horrible, despicable, ugly being before me. At first I thought it was a sick Milotic but discovered on closer examination it is related to Milotic, possibly an evolution. I have decided to name it Vilotic but before i could take down any other details it belly-flopped into the ocean and swam away. If you see this Pokmon please contact me with information.
