The only dragon move I can think of is twister, which I don't think is very dragon like.

I think it needs more Dark-Type moves in it's move set... Maybe it should learn Dark Pulse, since its evos like to scare opponents by shutting off their lights. Oh, and Moonlight! Now, on the subject of Light-Type moves, I have a few ideas:

Flare
PP: 15
Power: 25
Accuracy: 100
Effect: Lowers accuracy about as much as 'Flash', in addition to the damage.

Rekindle
PP: 10
Power: --
Accuracy: --
Effect: Think 'Roost' for Light-Types.

In reference to Eidolamp's dragony appearance and all that, I think a move I have (I don't know if I suggested it yet) called Gaiaspectrum would be good. Hmm...it seems I didn't suggest it, well I'll get on it right now.

AWSOME DUUUDE!!!!!! Seriously though, it suits more of the ghost or dark type rather than dragon type. I mean they are GHOSTS of dragons.

(And to be honest, I can't see the resemblance between the final evo and a dragon)

Anywy, I agree. I don't see any resemblance at all.
And I think there's a little too much difference between Ghoulamp & Eidolamp, but otherwise(see first line).

Those sketches are perfect, or rather more than perfect! There's indeed some differenc between the two, but I don't think that's a problem as long as we give them appropriate evolution methods.
