I just edited parts of it. Torroado's dex was a little long. The Idea of Level up with ExtremeSpeed is okay. Here are my problems with it....

-I HATE the idea of a fan. Makes it less natural. As you said, it runs to create gales. If that isn't enough, it can use its wings to create wind too.

Now, for Moves, I'll try to organize a list.
