Adorable...I thought you could think of something, but to me, if it isn't too much trouble, could you make a middle one. The change from this (how about Blizzxie, Blizzard+Pixie) to Blizzurn is too much. Okay?

I have a pokedex in mind that you could use.
CHIBLIZ(CHIBi+BLIZzard)
Type: Ice
Height: 4'00"
Weight: 60 pounds
What looks like its mouth is really
its eyes. This Pokemon is hospitable
and will lead anyone lost in storms
to the nearest BLIZZURN. Then, it
and the BLIZZURN help them get to
the nearest town or city.
Ability: Snow Warning
Evo: Evolves into Blizzurn by leveling up at Askorun Wastes
Moveset: Currently unknown.

I think that evolution method really fits well, though the name Chibliz reminds me too much of the recently approved Chicube, Chicoon, and Chiburg which are equally Ice-type pokmon with chibi in their names.

I made a movelist for Infreeze, hope you like it!

And I made the evolution method into " Evolves into Blizzurn by lvl. up with Kindle". I think it suits it well.

Why not name it Cold Burn since when you touch something really, really hot, you may feel it cold after a few seconds.
Or at least that happens to me when I touch hot water for 10-15 seconds.
