I was gonna post these suggestions on Thursday, but something came up. Here they are!

Water: Lilidae (Corruptiom of LILY+DAE(Common ending of Family name: Notonectidae, Veliidae, Nepidae, etc.)
Electric: Mantamp (MANTis+AMP)
Ground: Humite (HUmus (a type of soil)+terMITE/MITE (both pests.)

By the way, Blaterra and Colaqua sound okay.

I like Colaqua but perhaps for Ground and Electric they could be...Georyll (GEO (Land)+gRYLLotalpidae (Mole circket)) and Ectrydae (elECTRon+lampYriDAE (Firefly)) ?

I like Lilidae more than Colaqua. It sounds like Cola.

I like the name Georyll for the stone evo, but makes me think an "o" at the end would make it sound more like "grillo" (cricket).
How about Watta (Watt+weta) or Shockust (shock+locust) for the electric evo´s name? If we are about all taxonomy now I also suggest Ohmsifera (Ensifera + Ohm).
I know ít´s too late to go back but I find hardly any resemblance in this pokémon with a cricket.

Well, I agree that it is best to base the creature's name partly on the bug it resembles. This worked nicely for Carablast and Phiasma. Maybe we need to decide first what bugs they are.

It's not supposed to resemble it, the name is just based on it, as well as some of it's traits, the way a bombardier bettle causing mini-explosions, Carablast has three cannons on it's body and a stick insect sprays poison like Phiasma.

In my opinion, the Electric one is a Mantis, the Water one is an Aquatic Insect (sorry for unoriginality....), and the Ground one is (in my opinion) a Burrowing Cockroach.

Names I like? Mantamp (MANTis+AMP), Colaqua (COLeoptera+AQUA)/Lilidae (Corruption of LILY+DAE(Common ending of Family name)) [Can't decide :/), and Georyll (GEO+gRYLLotalpidae (Mole circket))

Out of the three, my favorite is Georyll (Awesome idea, MisterSmeargle ^-^), then Colaqua/Lilidae (Colaqua doesn't make me think of Cola.), and lastly, Mantamp (It's original!).

It seems it's safe to say we'll settle with Georyll for the Ground one.

As for the Electric one, I had another idea (since Mantamp is too close to Machamp): Stathrip (Static + Thrip).

For the Electric type: Curnapta (CURreNt+AnisoPTerA true dragonfly)
I still like Lilidae better for water.

If the pokémon is based on an animal I think a reference of such animal has priority over its capabilities (CAPABILITIES, not types or elemental attributes) like defense systems, etc. for its official name, but yeah it´s hard to tell with these isn´t it?
Anyways, I think Colaqua´s got a nice ring to it, it sounds like "water tail" to me, Lilidae... I don´t know, you could use that suffix for almost anything that lives so it´s sorta ambigous. I still dunno about the electric one however, but I like Stathrip. Wait a minute, what´s a thrip?

A thrip is a kind of bug, sometimes also called 'thunderbug'. So, I considered it to be very fitting in this context. Stathrip has a nice ring to it, I'd say.
I agree with Jigglyclops that 'dae' might be too ambigious a suffix... I'll try to come up with something too, aside from Colaqua.

I was gonna suggest Notond (Notonectidae+Pond) as an Alt. for Lilidae. Notocean sort of sounds too much like Notorious. How about these suggestions for the Water Evolution...

Dytisea (DYTIscidae (Diving Beetles)+SEa)
Gyrinua (GYRINidae (Whirligig Beetles)+aqUA)
Gerriver (GERridae (Water Striders)+RIVER)
Nepool (NEpidae (Water Scorpions)+POOL)

Who knew that it would be this hard to name a Water Evolution

....
