After falling out of a tree in my back garden a few times, I came up with this:
Fell or Lumber Jack

If opponent is a Grass type (or maybe a Sudowoodo, I haven't decided), this is a One-Hit KO (like Horn Drill, with 30% Acc)

If the opponent isn't a Grass type, then this attack is as follows:
Power: 120
PP: 5
Acc: 70%

...okay, I'm completely missing the Rock/Ground rationale...I'm going to call it Normal unless you can give me a plausible explanation for why a timber-felling move would be Rock or Ground.

Pokmon makes itself heavier by absorbing rocks, which magnetise to it at speed, some hitting the opponent. Defence raises as far as possible (ONIX's defence sharply rose!), but Speed, Evasion and Accuracy fall slightly. Also usable by Ground and Steel Pokmon, but I can't be botherd to copy the post into another two topics because it's late here.

No need. There's no reason Ground and Steel pokmon can't use a Rock-type move.

Not just a new move, but something that goes with my new move, Madness.

Move: Stone Toss Rock type
Accuracy: 65%
Power: 60, but increases by 30 every turn until it misses.
Effect: 70% chance of Madness.
Madness: The opponent becomes Mad. Opponent attacks with triple power every turn.

Weather-affecting move. Ground and Fire moves at 150%. Solarbeam doesnt need a turn to charge. Shadow beam needs an extra turn to charge.

Have you noticed how much this field-affecting move has in common with Sunny Day? Is there really a need for two different ways to power up Fire moves for five turns? In fact, this is worse for Fire-types because instead of weakening a type that's effective against Fire, you're strengthening one.
