Well, this time I come to you with two new Ghost-type moves, Phantom Moan and Haunted Wind. One is sort of defensive and the other is offensive.

Phantom Moan - A Ghost-type move that causes the opponent to hear an eerie moan that can paralyze(25%), confuse(25%), cause flinching(25%), and even switch out the opponent's POKMON for a new one(25%).

Haunted Wind - A Ghost-type move that suddenly blows while invisible fists pummel the opponent 3-5 times. Nearly the equivalent of a ghost-type MegaPunch in strength.

Journey has the Magic-type Badge Mark!

PESTER- The user taunts and teases its opponent. 70% of the time, you get to choose the opponent's next attack. 20% of the time, the opponent's Attack and Special Attack go up one level. 10% of the time, the opponent will become enraged and randomly select its attacks for the next 2-3 turns. (Only moves that damage or cause negative status will be used. No defensive, stat-boosting, or heling moves. )

Makes the PKMN Transparent.

25% Of the Time- Acts like DETECT or PROTECT
25% Of the Time- Greatly raises your EVASION
25% Of the Time- Greatly Reduces your opponent's ACCURACY
25% Of the Time- Raises your SPC. DEFENSE, DEFENSE and SPEED by one level

POLTERGEIST
10PP

The user provokes it's opponent.

This move randomly disables one of the opponent's attacks. Has a 80% chance of working correctly.

SOULDEVOUR
5 PP

The user devourers the enemy's soul.

IF it hits, it will KO the opponent and it will restore 50% of your HP. If it fails, the user is Confused and Paralyzed.

REVENGE

20PP

The user shall seek revenge!

If the enemy KO's the user a turn after this move was used, it will take 50 damage no matter what.

Shadow Eyes

15PP

The user scares the opponent.

This attack deals 30 damage and the opponent may flinch. (like HEADBUTT)

Soul Devour: Hmm...this one sounds good for the Dark/Ghost-type soul-eating pokmon Spirivore, that'll be showing up at an undisclosed point in Selenica...

Yes, but Destiny Bond only works if you're fainted the same turn you use it. Revenge can wait a bit longer to go into effect if it has to.

Presence. A Ghostly presence is detected aroud wherever the move is used. Occasionally people see wierd shapes in it, for Selenica and Frontier. Ghost moves at 150% and Dragon down to 50% (or is it 75%?)

Why would a ghostly presence weaken Dragon-type attacks? Some of what you've posted today works, but you should really spend more time thinking out others.

I think it'd make more sense to lower Magic damage, since excessive spiritual energy could interfere with spellcasting.

Possess
Like transform. You see a spirit come from the creature, and go inside the other. Then, you get to use your opponent's pokemon, and see its stats, and moves. If you attack, it does damage to it'sself. 5/5 PP.Everything returns to normal, after that turn

It's certainly an interesting idea, and as players of RBY know, ghost-type pokmon indeed can possess creatures. The best thing going for this idea, though, is that it only lasts one turn. Otherwise it would be overly powerful. Accepted.

Attack: Illusion

Effect: Can only be used by ghost pokemon. Creats 5 ghostly illusions which lowers the accuracy of the offending pokemon. Each turn, one ghost dissappears, which restores a fraction of the accuracy. Eventually the enimy regains full accuracy. This attack does not work against psychic pokemon.

I am sure it's not a good name. A move that boosts the power of all pokmon of a given type doesn't make as much sense in Pokmon as it does for, say, Magic: the gathering, or even the Pokmon TCG.
