Accuracy: 15 percent!? That's insane. One-hit K.O.s have better accuracy than that. Zap Cannon is just as strong as this move, always paralyzes, and has an accuracy of 50%.
By the way, the move name is too long, too.

Effect:
If the opponent is steel, for 2-5 turns all steel moves are super-effective against it. If the opponent is holding Metal Coat or Magnet, those items cause 10 damage when the move is used.

You need to learn 2 moves to do 70 damage? Thunderbolt is more reliable. Thunder isn't as accurate, but can hit flying types.
