There might be an attack like this already, but still.
Quick Jab
Attack Power: 70
PP: 5
Effects: No matter what the Speed ratings, the User of this attack goes first. This is the Fighting version of ExtremeSpeed.

First, the moves to help you...

BODY BOOST
PP 10
Raises Attack, Defense and Speed one level. Cures Poison, Burn, and Paralysis, and protects against them for 3 turns.
User strikes their strengh-boostingpoint.

AURA BOOST
PP 10
Raises Special Attack and Special Defense one level. Cures Confusion, and protects against it for 3 turns.
User strikes their spirit-boosting point.

CURE POINT
PP 10
Restores a little HP (no more than 1/10 Max). Cures all status effects except Freeze, and protects against them for 3 turns.
User strikes a point to relieve pain.

Then, the moves to hurt your opponent...

BODY JAB
PP 10
POWER 50
Lowers Attack, Defense and Speed.
A jab on the strength-lowering point.

AURA JAB
PP 10
POWER 50
Lowers Special Attack and Special Defense.
A jab on the spirit-lowering point.

GUARD SLIP
PP 10
POWER 50
Damage is calculated with enemy's defense at 1/2 normal.
Attacker slips by most defenses.

Raising a stat ten levels isn't possible. Well, actually, it can be done if the stat has already been lowered at least four levels in the course of the battle, but a move really shouldn't try.

I think raising it TEN levels is too much, anyway. Maybe just 3 or 5 levels?

Actually, the move doesn't make that much sense to me in the first place. You're talking about a 60% chance to give your opponent a pretty decent attack boost. Why should this move be able to affect either pokmon?

Given that this would be a Master Scizor-only novelty move, I don't think it belongs in the PF New Moves page.

...besides, it would obviously be a Steel-type attack.
