I would like this to be on Myrath's move list as the last to be learned, please?

The user creates a shield of water to protect itself the first turn, then attack with water the second turn. Protection may fail if used in succesion. Should this happen, it's speed will increase one level, but it's defense and special defense lowers one level.

How's that Pokemon Factory Executives? =D

Damage Type: Other
Effect: User creates a water ball and sinks the foe in it. After 3 turns, the foe will faint if the ball is not destroyed. Water and Ice type Pokemon are unaffected by this move.
Additional Info: Rapid Spin, Grass attacks and calling your Pokemon back destroy the ball. If the Pokemon receives an Ice attack while caged, it will Freeze (the status effect).

Big Bubble
Type: Water
Power: --
Accuracy: 90%
PP: 5
Damage Type: Other
Effect: User creates a giant bubble around the foe. After 3 turns, the foe will faint if the bubble is not destroyed. Wind type Pokemon are affected differently by this move: Its Speed is halved and Wind attacks are disabled while they are in the bubble.
Additional Info: Rapid Spin, Flying attacks and calling your Pokemon back destroys the bubble. If the Pokemon receives an Ice attack while inside the bubble, the bubble will become solid (it freezes) and it will be only destroyed if the Pokemon receives a Fire or Fighting attack.

This could use a little less power and more lowering of speed, don't you think? But again, you can still ignore this.(P.S. I almost suggested something like this after watching a TV show about freezing rain, and lots of thing came tumbling down because of the weight of the ice, thus, the speed lowering.)

For every time a turn is passed with rain, the power increases by 20 (power starts at 20) and the accuracy decreases by 10 (accuracy starts off at 100)

Aqua Engulf sounds like Water Cage to me.

Yes, Aqua Engulf and Water Cage are quite similar as both cage the Pokemon, but their effects are definitely different. I will change the description from "water box" to "water ball" though, so the moves won't be that similar.

But it has a 40% chance of cuonfusion, but pokemon on the bench can't be confused, so it shoulb be like Tailwind, so it raises attack, Defence & Speed but has a 40% of confusion to all active pokemon on your team.
