Restores PP of other moves of the pokemon that uses this move by 25%. Also restores the HP of all Pokemon in battle by 15%(this includes foes).

Out of Battle Effect: Awakens a Pokemon inflicted with the sleep status condition of your choice, as long as they are in your party.

Wouldnt HOPE BEACON be better? BEACONOFHOPE, altogether, seems like a bit of a stretch. Just sayin. >>

LIGHT BOMBER:
To have a Light-type move that hits 2-5 times it's not a bad idea, but throwing energy orbs doesn't seem the way to do it. Perhaps there could be another one? Besides, 30 PP is far too much for a 2-to-5-hit move with 99% accuracy that deals Power-25 damage with each hit. Power 15 would be better.

Effect: 20% chance of opponants accuracy reduced by 1
10% chance of opponants accuracy reduced by 2
10% chance of opponant flinching.
Description: User summons a mighty sword made entirely of light, then slashes the foe, dazzling it.

All in all, a good, anti-attack move, with the potential to have good effects in 2 v 2 battles.

Might be too strong

Blue:raises Speed
A mystic rainbow changes stats

Luster Fist
Type:Light
Damage:65
Acc: 95%
Effect: Punches the foe with a fist that's surrounded in light.May raise user's Spcl. Attk.
A fist of light may raise Spcl. Attk.

Divine Heal
Type: Light
PP:5
Effect:Is able to heal user and partner on a 2 on 2 battle.
A holy light sends healing from above

Holy Bombard
Type: Light
Efffect: hurls orbs of light at the foe 2-6 times

Acc:90%
Damage: 15 (the maximum damage recieved is 90. 15x6=90)
Bombard's the foe with orbs of light

Holy Blast
Type: light
A powerful blast of light. requires the user to rercharge.

Halo Blast
Craetes a circle of light that shoots beams of light out of it.

Creates a halo that fires beams of light

Heaven's Crest
First user charges up energy. Then User creates a multicolored cross. User then Shoots the cross at the foe.
User recharges after this.
Damage:150
Acc:85%

A cross of light damages all foes

Holy Light
A light shines from above to heal.
Type: light

A light from above heals.

LightDescend
Type:light

Damage:65
Summons a beam from above to strike foe. Does double damage to airbourne pokemon (flying types and those who levitate)
A light from above damages airbourne foes.

ShiningLight
User glows brightly to lower foes accuracy by 2 levels.

Light Bolt
Fires a blast of light at the foe. It may lower the foe's accuracy.

I like these attacks in general, but I have a couple suggestions:

First off, the character limit for attack names is twelve, which is exceeded by a few of your attack names: Heavenly Fist (13), Divine Healing (14), Heaven`s Charge (15), Celestial Beam (14), and Shining Light (13). These are my proposed, limit-friendly names for these attacks: Luster Fist, Divine Heal, Heaven Charge, Holy Beam, and Shininglight. Use them if you wish.

You forgot to give your moves PP (the number of times they can be used). Divine Healing still seems a bit too powerful to me, even if it is only learned by legendaries-you basically get five tries at defeating the opponent`s party, assuming that the move gets 5 PP.

Finally, these moves seem a bit redunant in execution; all of them consist in firing light at the opponent. But that`s just me, trying to give advice, so take it into consideration if you wish. oo;

Why is it light type? Light refers to the light produced by pokemon, rather than the lightness and kindness of them. If thats what your thinking. I am not sure. How about just normal type for this

Effect: User concentrates the sunlight on to the foe. The sunlight then burns the foe giving it a burn status. Acc. is raised to 100 if sunnyday is in effect.

Damage: ---
Effect: User focuses sunlight onto foe. The sunlight will stay on foe for sometime until they begin to suffer from fatigue. They then become sick and given a poison status.
