Oil - I was going to have this as an item, but it might be better as a move. If Weld or Rust have been used, the effects are cancelled. If not, and if the Pokmon is at full health, all of the Pokmon's stats are raised one level.

Hmm...actually, I'd say that would be better as a held item...a Steel-type holding an OIL item might get a slight boost to all stats and be immune to the stat-lowering of Rust and Weld (though they'd still take the attack damage.) Maybe Oiel can be found holding it the way Magnemite can be found holding METAL COAT?

That sounds fine. Perhaps that monkey Pokmon that has Unscrew could be found holding it as well, although it isn't a Steel type... Perhaps any Steel type could be randomly holding it, like a 50/50 chance Magneton's got Metal Coat or Oil.

I am kinda up in the air about the name of the first Steel move, though I am leaning towards the first name...your choice.

Nail (or Hammer) - An average Steel-type move that hits 2-3 times. In the end there is a 50% chance that it will be paralyzed.

Cage Drop - A metal cage drops over the opponent, lowering their Speed, Evasion, Accuracy, and it also prevents them from escaping. This is a move that most Steel-Types don't learn until a higher level.

Norayah, there's already a different move, called Armor, that basically does that. Lugia4321, I'm not sure that's the best move to make a one-hit KO. One-hit KOs tend to be more blatantly 'deadly' than a kick; consider Guillotine, Fissure, Horn Drill...it might be okay just as an attack, although we already have a Steel-type punch attack named BrassKnuckle, so I don't know if we need a Steel-type kick move.

and yes we have fightin' and normal type kicks and punches:mach punch and jump kick,mega kick and mega punch!
so why shouldn't we have steel kicks,but that's should have some other effects than the one-hit-K.O.!

All right, I was able to come up with some data for what you left out of Sucker Punch's description, but here I've got too little to work with. Can you describe the move a bit better?

25% of the time: Covers the user in steel-Defense is raised 3 points
25% of the time: Covers the user in gold-Opponent is atracted, but no matter the gender
45% of the time: covers the user in silver-Opponent is attracted only if it is of the opposite gender
5% of the time: Covers the user in iridium-User convokes an attack that has to do with space(Like meteors, sun, moon,etc...). No matter what metal it covers the user with, Metal coat lowers the users speed one point.

Acts like constrict, but also lowers the users speed and evasion more and more each turn it does damage.

Why is this a multiple hit move? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense for a Metal Hammer to hit a number of times a round.
