Desc: Your opponent is frozen for 2-5 turns. If it is a wild Pokmon, it can't do anything like attacking or running; If it i a trainer's Pokmon, the trainer is frozen, so the Pokmon can't attack, and the trainer can't use Items or anything. This is good for catching wild Pokmon.

Even at 5 PP, that's just too abusive. It gives way too much time to set up instant-win combos, and defeats the challenge of catching the legendary Pokmon. How about instead...

I agree that Time Freeze is a tad too powerful. Time Warp would work fine, but I have another suggestion if BonzaiRob really wants the whole turn-skipping thing. Perhaps Time Warp could cause the target to miss every other turn rather than several in a row? Still rather mean, but it could be learned by only one or two species at a high level.
By the way, speaking of frozen, you may not have noticed, but there is a move that simply causes the FRZ status problem. That might accomplish what you're looking for, if you're willing to give up the item ban.

The every other turn thing sounds fine. Also, it was me who suggested Ice Floe.

I'll understand if everyone has probalems with this, because even I think it's weird. I'm posting it for the sake of it.

Mind Swap

If in a Trainer battle:
You and your opponent swap minds for two turns. You have full control of their Pokmon, any items they may have, and you can swap Pokmon. This means that you can either waste a move by using something like Growl, or swapping to a weaker Pokmon, but remember: They can do it to you too.

If in a wild Pokmon battle:
Essentially the same, except your active Pokmon and the wild Pokmon swap minds, instead of you and the Pokmon. ITEM and PkMn disappear from your menu, unless it is holding an item.

Interesting idea, but sounds kinda complicated. Why not just have the two active Pokmon trade moves until they're switched or one faints?

I like that idea, the just switching moves one. BTW, random thought: in BonzaiRob's version, when you switch minds with a wild pokmon, might you gain the command "Submit willingly?" ^_^;

Predict Future Sight will be a good name, but it is already used

The pokemon that uses this will predict what move the opposing pokemon or what item the opposing trainer will use before you choose your move, that way you can choose the right attack, or you can swtich pokemon. This effect happens for 3-5 turns that the pokemon is out.

Does it allow you to select a new attack for the turn you use it on or not? If it doesn't, it should be 3-5 turns, starting the turn after it it first used, and if it does allow one to reselect, it should always go first, otherwise it's not useful

You can use any other attack from any of your opponents psychic Pokemon(If your opponent doesnt have any Psychic Pokemon, this attack doesnt work). It only works with wild Pokemon if the wild Pokemon you are fighting is Psychic.

What about Psychosis? Im also adding some new attacks here:

A screen appears showing the opponents name, type, strengths, weaknesses and attacks.
The user analyzes the opponent!

Gigadisable

Ac:80
A MUCH better version of Disable, it disables an enemys attack for the rest of the battle. You can only use it once every 3 turns.
The user incapacitates the enemy!

Neuronmurder
Power:50(One-hit KO for psychic Pokemon)
PP:5
Ac:90(20 for Psychics)
The opponent becomes confused and recieves 30 damage every turn it remains confused.
The user gradually kills the opponents neurons!

Research: Part of the point of the game is to be able to learn strengths and weaknesses through experience in battle, isn't it?

Gigadisable: Are you implying that you can use this move to disable more than one attack at a time? Too powerful.
