Sounds like a great idea, except for one little detail. The name Terrahog makes me thing groundhog, not hedgehog. And since hedgehog's aren't really related to porcupines... Maybe call the first one Porcupin? I remember somebody made something like that before. Actually, I think it might've been me, then someone else claimed to have made it too, then we argued about... sorry. Getting off topic. How does Porcupin sound?

I like Porcupin, but I was kind of going for hedgehog... I'll keep Porcupin unless I think of something with hedgehog in it.

I think the real thing you have to look at, Bonzai, is that by putting some sort of prefix (am I using that right, I can't remember if it still works in this scenario?) with the hog part, the name doesn't really flow together. In fact, it seems more like you are just sticking [BLANK] and Hog together, period. If I were you, I would go with the suggested name, it sounds good.

Also, this idea really should have some idea about what you might want the dex to say. Otherwise, if someone else makes up their own data on the idea, it really doesn't seem to be yours. It is more like you just sugested a name for someone else. I suggest you at least try and post a brief idea of what you are looking for, simply so you can claim the idea.

Hmm... Pin Missile's fine, but I can't picture this thing using Twineedle. That move really calls for two prominent spikes of some sort, not just a backful of small quills.
I'm not sure, something tells me this sort of thing has been done already...I'm probably thinking of Armordillo, the Ground/Steel alternate evolution of Sandshrew.
Culthulhu is quite correct on the dex situation. If we're going to write dexes we need something to work with. Try describing its habitat, or eating habits, or something...remember, most pokmon are capable of living full lives in the wild, so there should be more to an idea than just how it can battle.
