I just finished drawing this yesterday and my sister was fortunate enough to know someone who has a scanner.

I made 2 new pokemon.
The big one is Springuin and the little fuzzball is Chicuin, the pre-evo.

Name: Chicuin (from Chick and peng uin)
Type: penguin (any suggestions for this would be nice)
Element: Water
Height: 1 ft. 3 in.
Weight: 8 lb.
Description: (see above)
Pokedex: Chicuin relies on it's parents to take care of it. though oddly enough, Chicuin rides on it's parents' feet.
Bonus info:This little fuzzball is hatched from a light blue egg with a dark blue V at the top.

Height: 3 ft. 9 in.
Weight: 85 lb.
Description: (see above)
Pokedex: Springuin lives in hot water, such as hot springs and tropical areas. Though it swims, it can also use fire attacks.
Bonus info: evolution of Chicuin.

just a side note, these two are based on the galapagos penguin, which lives in tropic areas such as the equator.
