Here is another POKMON I have had an idea for, for awhile now, in fact. Actually, the idea was from another game I had an idea for, but I managed to create an arc around it in the RPG so I brought it here. It is based on a vulture, in case you haven't already guessed by the Subject title.

Desc: A lanky looking volture, a brownish-black color, with ruffled feathers and high shoulders, a head slumping between them. It has several scroch marks across its legs and beak and its mouth is open, sparks shooting between the beak. Its eyes are an electric blue and electricity is zapping upwards and fading.
