You have not seen this type before because the suggestions board is closed ot new topics and because a really good ghost/dragon type hasn't been approved yet.

Let's see...HOW many Pokmon have been submitted since the board CLEARLY ANNOUNCED and listed as a news updates that it would NOT be taking any more suggestions until further notice? 2. TOO MANY. Despite the general fact that this topic needs to be and most likely will be closed soon, allow me to go ahead and point out what's wrong with this picture...

1. As already stated, the PF is not taking any new suggestions at this time. SO PLEASE stop submitting them.
2. Evolution by death is not the best route to go...many members of this board, myself included, are against the idea.
3. The given height and weight...NO. All ghosts are MUCH, MUCH lighter than any given weight of a dragon-type. And you can't have a general "same as when it died." That just doesn't work.
4. Carrying over from #3...Okay...so every dragon Pokmon, no matter what kind it is, will turn into this thing when it dies. No. That's just not right. Every single Pokmon is different, each dragon would have its own ghost form if that crazy idea was allowed, that would thus be too many new Pokmon based off of the same...idea, and this would break the evolve twice-ONLY rule. Besides...not EVERY Pokmon that dies would come back as a ghost. And even if it did, it would be a dead form of what it was when it died.
5. The name...the...name...ARGH!! Sorry, but it's not creative at ALL.
6. The dex would need SERIOUS work...
7. The physical description is hardly anymore creative than the name. Try to be ORIGINAL and not base your Pokmon off of other things!!

Now that that's been said...it's about time for this topic to come to a close....
