Description: Quetzeal looks sort of like all five legendary birds mixed together, then made SD. It has five long tail feathers, one for each of the birds that it can evolve into.
Evolution: After level 15, the 5 evolutions stones will cause Quetzeal to evolve: Water Stone for Articuno, Thunderstone for Zapdos, Fire Stone for Moltres, Moonstone for Lugia, and Sun Stone for Ho-Oh.
Getting One: Quetzeal is obtained by leaving one of the Legendary Birds alone in the Daycare. It will eventually produce a Diamond Egg, which takes about twice as long as a regular egg to hatch. When it hatches, Quetzeal is equipped with Diamond Dust, which is useless except for selling.
You can only obtain ONE Quetzeal per game.

In case this seems a bit weird, let me explain. Freenix is hatched from an egg, but doesn't get any moves from its parents. Instead, it starts out with Peck and 3 of the other attacks, randomly selected. It will have the chance to learn one of the 2 moves it missed getting at level 8, and the other at level 11. When it evolves, it forgets all of its moves except Peck and the move that goes with its new form. Note that these techniques are all one that the respective legendary birds don't normally get (I think). Thus, you can get a move by breeding that you would have only been able to get with a TM otherwise, if at all. Cool, huh?
