You're being a bit too creative with the evolution method, and the dexes shouldn't state such a method thoroughly. Also, the attacks and ability are stupid..really.

Hm, okay, while the format is good, I'm going to agree with Bonzai: we just don't need these ideas. And for the simple reason that I can't see Nintendo making a pokmon like this. PF only makes pokmon that could actually appear in a real pokmon game - as in that it matches Nintendo's quality standards.
