Reason for rejection:
Snoutelite is a great name and the suggestion was very complete. However, the idea does not fit the Nosepass line that well. Besides, it is artificially created, which is a concept we're reluctant to approve.

Name: Snoutelite (Snout + Satellite, pronounced "Snout-tel-ite")
Classification: Satellite Pokmon
Type: Ground/Steel
Measurements: 5' 01", 777 lbs.

Description: A polygonal block of silver steel. Where the faces of its surface meet, there are round rivets. It has a big, pointy red nose like its previous form, Nosepass. It also shares Nosepass's lazy eyes and flat iron arms. Sprouting from its head are two satellite dishes with antennas.

Pokdex: SNOUTELITE was created in the MOSSDEEP SPACE CENTER. It uses the satellites on its head to recieve radio waves. Scientists use this POKMON to research radiation in outer space, as it is not harmed by waves other POKMON would be.

Evolution: Nosepass (trade w/ Metal Coat)>>> Snoutelite

Ability: Levitate: Blocks Ground-type moves.

Just to avoid confusion, I already made a Nosepass evo. If you feel that your's is more important, I will remove mine. If you want to know what I did; it's under More Pokemon. Just want to make sure there isn't any confusion.

Oopsie. Feel free to get rid of this then, unless you approve of a split-evo. Either way, it's up to you.

Yeah, I remember the moai one. I think that, as a maximum, we should have two evolutions for Nosepass. But thats just me. >>;

Yes, I agree. Two evolutions of Nosepass is plenty. However, The Great Butler, I actually think this would be a great evolution for Nosepass indeed. I like it - and I also like the usage of the Metal Coat for this one.
I really wouldn't mind approving both Snoutelite and Moaiye therefore - unless, of course, Nintendo introduces a Nosepass evo in DP before we have approved this one. One question: you made Snoutelite Ground/Steel, while Nosepass is pure Rock. I personally think Snoutelite might be better off being Steel/Rock.

Oh, btw, just so you know when suggesting in the future, the current standard for the Dex Info is 6 lines with 34 characters per line (and you are allowed a little bit of flexibility). As in:

Anthony: I looked to your sundial pokmon. I personally think it's a good idea, but you might want to consider not linking it to Nosepass. A compass and a sundial aren't that related, and I think it might make up a good pokmon on his own. I'd say you can do something more interesting with it then just linking it to Nosepass. Also, considering it's 1'00", you might want to come up with an evolution for it.

Hey, thanks! I'm glad you guys actually like my little doodles.

I made it Ground/Steel instead of Rock/Steel intentionally, and I have a good reason. I noticed my vomit of Fakemons have been heavily concentrated to the often-used types [Melodic being Water, Magimime Psychic/Magic, and Minnaara Psychic/Ice] Because of this I wanted to try and balance my collection of fakes with something from the other end of the spectrum---leading to Snoutelite being Ground.

Hm, well, it's definitely a good thing that you try to help us out with balancing the types, but in this case, because of Nosepass being pure Rock-type, I'd say Rock should be in there somewhere. So, would you be okay with Steel/Rock as well?

After I took another look I realised I haven't been too unbalanced to the common types after all, so yes, please feel free to make it Steel/Rock.

Sunnasal looks more like a preevolution than an evolution to me, if you want to change it to a pre-evo it wouldnt look bad at all; although this has already been done with Roselia but you do as you want. Snoutelite sounds like a pretty good idea too, I cant wait to see its pic.
On a side note: Oh my, arent those South American pokmon magistral... I never have heard of those before, and that makes me feel even more interested to research these kind of legends.

I can't tell you for sure... well, at least Moaiye got out of your way, since it has just too many coincidences with this new form to be approved...

In my opinion, this is now different enough to be a split evo. The only problem is the coincidence with the Steel-type. I'd suggest you to wait a bit more until we start approvals, only then we can give you a veredict.
