(Spud + Godzilla) Godzilla is Japanese means Monster of the Rising Sun. However is this case Zilla simple refers to the fact that this is a freakishly large for a potato as well as having mutated like Godzilla. However the size of this Pokemon is not as large as Godzilla was.

Meh I think the dexs are too long...
Is there anything else I need? I can't think of any. Anyways this pokemon was meant to tank like a grassy Dusclops or Shuckle. It's only major problem is that it can't stand being touched by an Ice type attack.
This is my first pokemon. I thought that giant potatoes were cool. I also did some research into this since I feel that pokemon should be Anatomically Correct. The parts about the flower having to drop down to the ground is true about some kinds of potatoes.
Also the thing about a blight killing off Potatoes is true. In Ireland in the 1840's there as a terrible Potato blight that caused a Major famine. During this time many Irish Immigrated to the USA in order to look for new opportunities. Eventually natural selection took it's course and the potatoes became immune to the fungus that infected it. This is represented by the fact that the Infected Eyedahos got some kind of COSMIC POWER and causing them to mutate into Spudzilla so it can overcome the disease. The Spudzilla survived and reproduced replenishing the supply of Potati and Eyedaho which are semi Abundant in some parts of the Bombur reagon.
