...Well, this Pokmon is a tiny, nigh-weightless snowflake. I adore it and Im all for cute-but-tough Pokmon, but are you sure its appropriate to have it learn all those cataclysmic Ice-Type moves (AbsoluteZero, CrystalStorm, Frost Cannon)?

You have it learn Aurora Beam and Rock Throw at level 26, but it evolves from Dwarflake at level 27.

Also, the cocoon stage of a Pokmon tends not to learn many moves. Nevertheless, its not any sort of rule. Something odd is that its second type is Psychic, but it learns to Psychic-Type attacks.

Its odd that Icicor has two possible abilities and Floflake has one, but whatever I guess.

...I dont entirely get this. It learns the four moves upon evolution, or what? Still no Psychic-Type moves, by the way. are you sure you dont want to make the line pure Ice-Type?
