That's a nice picture you got there, AquaStar. There's one thing though, we already have a fighting Beta, namely #PF157 Bettatak. Betafin really sounds like it could be a pre-evo of Bettatak. Would you be willing to change it into that?

BTW, while that isn't a bad sprite, I hope everyone realizes we won't use it.

Okay, I'll be looking forward to what you cook up. I even think it would be possible to work with this sketch and still make it look like a pre-evo, come to think of it.

Looking to your dex, it is a bit short. It fills four instead of six lines in our dex format.
For reference: try to make dex info six lines, with a maximum of 34 characters per line.

Ok, I modified the dex. I bet it would have been smarter to look at some submissions before I tried this myself. I promise future submissions will be easier to work with.

I motion that Culthulhu take a stab at the design. I think his (verosity of line work and tenacious expressionism) style would do well with this Pokmon. If anyone has seen him, that is.

Culth's art might look great, but he hasn't showed up recently. He still has a sketch of Tyrantorch to deliver as well. Besides, we'd need him to work on the current FA pokmon left to do first.

AquaStar, it's okay to just keep the image in your post. One of our artists can use it as a reference

I have been looking at this for a while and instead of waiting for Cuthulu, let's get back to the point of the betta. Instead of saying it will attack for no reason, is it okay to say "it attacks anything in the area. This includes it's trainer." If that is too long but you like the idea, try to shorten it. I can't. But hey! It's your creation... not mine.
