Lock-On shouldnt really by available at birth, so I changed it for Leer and put Lock-On at level 30 where Nasty Plot used to be. Then I moved Nasty Plot over to level 20 to replace Tail Glow, which is Manaphy-exclusive. Are these changes okay with you?
