Wow- I'm actually gonna comment on another suggestion other than my own for the first time this year... A few things.

1) Your attack list started at level 25. That is insufficient and should start around level 4 or 5. The reason for this is if it evolved at a low level and was trained from there. An example: You breed an Onix, hatch the egg and get a level 1 Onix which you trade with metal coat to evolve it to Steelix. You know have a level 1 Steelix which could learn a variety of other moves that Onix could not at that time. Get it? (lv 1) ---t/w ---

2) Like Caddisfly said, Ghastly, I believe, already has an evolution that's suggested here. I definately remember Blinx900 doing one but he might have dropped the idea. Either way, I think there were others.

3) Don't ask people to sprite things for you. If they offer it or if you have a good reason to ask it, then it's another case but in this particular topic- the picture provided is fine as a guideline. Actually, that's all images are when someone's running a suggestion. They're guidelines for a more visual description then words. My only reason for spriting is because I want to keep my skill up and I don't want to only do pen and paper drawings (and my scanner screws up way too often). So yeah, this isn't so important but, to me, for some heck of a reason, I find it very rude to see on the topic, "could someone sprite this?."
