It's ok. The sprite will have to be edited abit because it looks to much like a trapinch (I guess hence your username huh?) but it's a good start. My first suggestion was much more kinky.

Sure, go ahead an post those evos. One comment about the dex info: we currently work with 34 character per line. The one you have there seems a bit short.

I see the resembalance to trapinch. One thing that will make it seem very different will be changing the eyes. Make them more slit like, rather than round.

You all realize that we won't use this sprite no matter how it looks? The sprite works as description. Based on it, one of our concept artists will make an original sketch. The sketch will be used to sprite.
Based on that, the sprite is good as it is, really. Of course, working on it is fine, as long as you enjoy doing so.

I know you won't use the sprite. I am just saying its eyes may look better as slits rather than circles.

I'm curious where the names come from. The last form's name reminds me of "quetzal," which is a south american bird and a mythical creature in cultures of the same area.

Actually it's Central American and South American. Me and my sister are both adopted and she comes from Guatemala so... I know that stuff. I like the new evos. Good work.

Added name explanations.

Quetzalcoatl is, to my knowledge, an ancient Aztec spirit that took the form of a majestic flying serpent. It was apparently the most worshipped as well.

And a quetzal is a bird. Yes. I didn't have the quetzal in mind when thinking of Quetzill, by the by.

Dex entries are six lines long, 34 sharacters in each. You don't have to fill it up, but it would be good. I can never find enough room.

How about Skreetle evolves into Quetzill when he is holding the King's Rock? Or maybe it could be a Madstone evolution, but I highly doubt it. Or, maybe he can use the Awakening Stone(from D/P).

Good job, but maybe you can change Quetzill to something like Serpoar, Serpent+Roar. For evolutions, I like King's Stone!
