I have a small leauge of pokemon that i have been making up over a period of time then i stumbled across this website.
So I am going to put my pokemon on this thread every now and again.

Here is my first one. I need a bit of help but there you go.

Name: Telekaduck (teleka from telekanisis and duck)

Pokdex: Type Psychic Duck

Height, Weight: 5 10, 172.0 lbs

Element Type: Water / Psychic

Description: I have done a pic but I dont know how to put it on.

Pokdex Data:
This Pokemons neck has grown too
Long, and he cant even reach to
Rub it because of his neck.

This Pokemons headaches are even
worse than its pre-evolved form and as
a result has stronger psychic powers.
( I think I have gotten this part wrong please correct it.)

Evolution: This Pokemon Evolves from Psyduck. Im not sure how he will Ineed help.

Special Ability: Damp and cloud nine

Moves:
-Water sport
-scratch
-tail whip
-disable
lv 10 disable
lv 17 confusion
lv 26 Hypnosis
lv 31 Psychic
lv 45 Rain dnace
lv 57 Hyper pump

Stats:
HP 80
Attack 81
Defence 83
Sp. Attack 78
Sp. Defence 84
Speed 79

So what do you think?
I know the Pokedex data is a bit big but i can't think of any other way.

Welcome! The dex would have to wait for now anyway, all the pokmon that are being suggested these days would end up for D/P style, of which we don't know anything as of yet.
To post the description picture, use its Internet address and surround it with the tags [ img ] and [ /img ] (but without the spaces). If you haven't uploaded it, you'll need to find a site to do so.

May I suggest something about this pokemon? I admire that you took the intiative to actually draw your pokemon but it looks really close to psyduck. What I suggest is add marking or patterns and change the color to make it stand out from Psyduck. It's a branch evolution so you don't need to be tethered by it's prevolution too badly.

As for the Pokedex how about this:

This pokemon's neck is very
disportionate to it's body. Its
short arms prevent it from
---------------------------
soothing neck pain giving it
more serious headaches than
it's former stage.

As for evolution method I'm unsure as to a good suggestion so someone else will have to offer. Also the name doesn't really flow off the tongue very so that might need a little tweaking, but I've never been very good at this.

These are all suggestion so you don't have to take them.

I don't mean to offend and tis is just my opinion but how about making it look a little like a swan or goose. ( I think it should be a goose) They have long necks and it could fit the description without changing it too much. But add some pizazz to this pokemon to make it stand out. Because right now, it looks boring really. Also, tweak the name a little it doesn't roll off the tounge as Civmaster has stated.

And as for evolution methods, howabout trading Psyduck w/ twistedspoon or if it will be accepted during DP, then have it learn Psychic (egg move) and then train it up to level 30.(you may have to replace Psychic with another move) Also, I thinks you should add an extra psychic move or 2. great concept though!

What is Hyper Pump? is that a new move or did you mean Hydro Pump? Hyper pump sounds cool..............

I have to disagree with Dratini here. The crowns a bit much. It would be fine if this thing evolved from Golduck but here it's not. Don't change the spite again. We can just work around that. Currently, I'd say the best thing to do right now is to work on something else and brood this one over. Maybe you can think of a better idea for this one while making another. BTW: Is your username derived from ribonucleic acid? (RNA) Science class at my school was discussing DNA and RNA today.

You go to school on Saturdays? Here where I live, that's unheard of unless you have to go to Saturday school or college.

Also, I think the symbols are too...........outstandish. I think you should recolor the pokemon to a color whereas the symbols won't stand out too much. And the crown's a bit much.

Oh.........Hawaii............I've been there. It's nice

And it's better but I think that you should change it's color to something and put like markings on it's body like lines( something like the white lines on an enigma berry. and make it look different from a Psyduck a little. (I don't want to change your pokemon around too much.........

Well i have changed the coulor and done alot about it ive tried a lot but know there is nothing that i can do couler wise.
I still need help tring the make him look less like psyduck.
Also i could not put markings anything like that berrie because they were question marks i tried him with them but it looked crummy.
