My opinion is, that when they introduced the Baby Pokmon, they forgot about Lickitung. So here it is:

Name: Lickittle (Lick + Little)
Type: Licking
Length: 1' 4"
Weight: 16 lbs.
Dex: Compared to its body its tongue is large and heavy, so it can't move fast.

Description: It is pink and rounded. It has short arms and legs and an very large tong. Its belly is yellow.
Bonus info: it can learn Lick

I forgot to add some info on Lickityke
So here it is:

Its element is Normal off course
It has the same eyes as lickitung has.

well, sorry for the too short or the too long dex
But this is just my first pokmon creation, so I have to get used to it.

But I like the dex you created. It's something I had in mind when I created it. So, it's ok with me.

no, I don't.
As you might have guessed because of my name Bulbasaur is my favourite pokmon.
But I personally think that pokmon such as Lickitung and Tangela really need an evolution or a pre-evo.

Don't worry too much about the Dex length. I can never get it the right length either. That's why there are people like Bobby and Poryhedron around to help out.

Well, we do have Tubella, but it currently states that its a pre-evo of Tangella which doesn't make much sense, if you think about it.

I have a Likitung in my reserves. Tuesdays is really useful since I taught her so many different types of moves. Btw, I assume you're either English or Canadian?

I'm glad I'm not the only one with dex problems. Thank you for the support.
I've seen Tumbella indeed, but I should say that Tangela needs an evolved form, like something with bigger vines and stings.

BTW I'm from the Netherlands.

SolarBulbasaur: Your description of Lickityke needs more detail. As is, it works too well as a description of Lickitung. Also, why can Lickityke learn Lick when it's less agile with its tongue than Lickitung is (not that I don't think Lickitung should learn Lick...)
BonzaiRob: Lickspittle? Huh? You're not referring to another fan-made pokmon, are you? {No, it's a word.}
Schimre: I've said this before. Spelling and punctuation good when making dexes. Let's clean up that entry:

Yes, you're right.
Well, imagine a pink ball.
On top of it, it has two black eyes. In the middle there is its mouth with its large tongue hanging out. At the same hight there are also two short arms without fingers or nails (like those of Igglybuff)
Below it has two tiny legs with one nail on the bottom. At its back it has a short tail. It is totally pink, but between the legs there is a yellow cirkle.
