A lot of people have probably had an idea for something like this, but here is a Koffing pre-evolution. I am also going to use this for part of the test when PF does its talent search.

Desc: It like a minature Koffing, almost like that little growth off the side of Weezing, but with a layer of the smoke all around it, like an atmosphere envelopes a planet. On its stomach it simply has a small, yellow smiley face, like the walmart one. Laffing itself is, uh, laughing. It's eyes are the little semicircles and the mouth is in a huge smile, opened too, almost like it is laughing.
