On Stinglor: Two things. First of all, a stingray and a mantaray are almost closely related, and second of all, Stinglor has to lose the tail stinger as it evolves into Mantine.
On Puffereone: Puffereone looks almost like a Qwilfish except it is smaller and is colored teal and doesn't have that tail with the skull head like Qwilfish does.
On Haking: Haking looks almost like Koffing except it is 1 foot and 8 inches long while Koffing is 2 feet and 0 inches long. Another similarity between the two is that Haking and Koffing have the same marking on the front of their bodies except, the marking on the front of Haking looks like a skull and crossbones like the ones you see on a pirate ship flag.
On Kittero: I know that there had to be a pre-evolved form of Meowth because they didn't make one when they introduced Eneko into the Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire games. Kittero looks almost like Meowth because it has the same cream-colored fur on its body like Meowth and Persian do except, it is smaller than Meowth and its ears are bigger and the coin on its forehead looks like a dime without the head and the building on both sides of the coin. Also, Kittero usually moves on its four legs just like Persian does. Have you also noticed the difference between Meowth and Persian's eyes? Well, Kittero has the same eyes like Meowth except its eyes it doesn't have slit pupils on them, it has oval-shaped pupils in its eyes.
