Decription: Basically an otter, I want him to be a bit on the chubby side. He should be stand vertical and be all dark brown except for a circle stomach patch. Behind his sharp ears jut out sharper, Mercury (Dragonair) like wings come out, only the wing tips are more pointy and they are a gray color. His tail is quite long and ends in a blue bulb.
Curious and smart,
they migrate from
south shores
to the north every

rocks to break
SHELLDER shells.
No evolution.
