Are you submitting these to us or something? I don't understand. I mean, we aren't just going to ACCEPT 134 pokemon JUST BECAUSE, we have standards to maintain, and while I was unable to look at your pics due to a problem at your site (not related to the screy link given up above), there's just no way to flat out take them all without reviewing each one first. So if the higherups do decide to take you up on the offer, it shant be without a good deal of scrutiny of your pokemon.

Nope, I was unable to track down the actual page. However, the Vote For Your Favorite link worked, and the five works there (which did not load no matter what, by the way,) all have names that make me wonder if they're worth loading. At this point, with your banner filled with just body part swaps of existing pokmon, I'm not convinced enough of ToXMoN's worth to continue the search myself. You want me to look over your pokmon, you fix that link yourself and let me know when you're done.

Well, whether or not most of his ideas are good, he makes a good Rom hack, and has made several of the toxmon balances and fair in the game. While the images need work, I agree, some of the ideas seem workable if we scrap the images.
