Well, let's see. First of all, the pokmon's name isn't usually used in its own Pokdex. Also, there's little point in saying something that can be seen just from looking at the bitmap, such as Treesia having six leaf-eyes. Here's what your dexes might look like in more usual format:

A couple of questions on the move lists. First, why does it learn Razor Leaf before Vine Whip? Razor Leaf is a better move in almost every concievable way. It deals more damage, has a high critical hit ratio...it even has more PP. Its only downside is that its accuracy is lower by so small an amount you probably won't even notice. There's a reason both Bulbasaur and Bellsprout learn Vine Whip rather early and Razor Leaf later.
Second...why Acid and Confusion? I suppose I can guess why you chose Acid; you may have noticed that both Oddish and Bellsprout learn it, and overlooked the fact that both of them are Poison-type. I have no clue why you would choose to give this Confusion, though. Is there a good reason?
