DESCRIPTION: Looks like a tan-colored stingray with two wing-like things on its back with some brown spots on its back and has a long tail with a stinger and has little arms and legs and has two antennae on its head and has little eyes and a little mouth.
DEX: Unlike MANTINE, it uses the stinger on its tail to sting enemies that get too close to it.
