D'oh... forgot the description.

It looks like an actual manatee (not Dewgong-like, but with the weird-looking nose like manatees have, and a little fatter than Dewgong), and is kind of light-blueish-green for the main body. It also has a bunch of random-looking patterns, kind of like ink blots, in dark green on different parts of its body (left eye, back, stomach, both flippers, and tail fin).
It has a horn, not quite like Dewgong's though, it's a yellow/gold-ish color with swirls going around it {like a drill}, and has a crack running halfway down it from the tip {from it bashing itself against things too much}. There's also one of the weird green inkblot patterns around the area where the horn is {on its forehead, about the same place as with Seel/Dewgong}, that looks like it's kind of dripping into the one on its left eye {they're connected}.
For the flippers, either make it holding its head like its head hurts, or kind of wrapped around itself like a straight jacket, either one is OK.
Its eyes should look completely wide open, but not with little dot pupils like Slowpoke--it doesn't even have any visible pupils. It moves its eyes around a lot, but you can't tell unless you're close because its eyes are solid white.
Its mouth should either be wide open like its yelling at something, or halfway-closed with its teeth showing, and drooling/foaming, like it's rabid.
Also, try to make a small chunk out of one side of the tail fin, like it tried to bite itself {or got bit by something else--maybe whatever it was that poisoned it?}
