Evolution: (None as of yet, but I was thinking of doing at least one more, a Staggard? Maybe?)
Alternate Pokdex Data: Despite their comical appearance, Dizard are actually very smart. When they come across a fool-hardty opponent they will pretend to have Mad Cow disease (They will swagger about in a drunken manner) in order to confuse their opponents into thinking they are unable to fight, and then strike while they have the element of surprise. (Some Scientists believe this Pokmon has a sort of Psychic Precognition it uses to predict moves before they happen.)
Description: It's very similar to Kecleon crossed with a Cubone. It has two legs but ALWAYS stands on one to give the appearance it is about to fall. It's got a Lickitung-like tongue that it keeps sticking out of it's open mouth. It's eyes are actually spiral swirls to further give it the illusion of looking dazed or confused. Depending on their mood, their colors can change (Like Kecleon, but the normal color is a bluish-green) Their hands are big (Like Mr.Mime's) His face looks a lot like Cubone's skull expect it has skin and looks alive as opposed to a Skull Helmet.
