The Male Grindowl is buff and has a Gear on a top hat and a Steampunk monocle, while the female has a clock like breastplate, and is more feminine. The blue domes are moved downwards, and a watch takes its place. The gear on its tail has grown smaller. Both forms have a Gear like collar.
Dex A: Fehoot has fused with Klink , thus becoming this Poke'mon. They are very haughty.
Dex B: It is said that the eyeweare allows Grindhoot to see through walls.
