Description: Basically a pokemon with a rag/sheet of something on it like kids in halloween. Add in some magical discription about the cloth or something and it gets its ghost typing.
Pokedex Entries: This pokemon covers its body in a mysterous rag of some sort to scare off predators. After many generations of this practice, it has gained its ghost typing. Scientists have no clue on how that happened
Ability: White smoke/Clear body/Cute charm
Evolution: I don't think this should get any evolutions otherwise it would be too op since it only has a 2x weakness to dark and 3 immunities to normal, ghost and fighting. But maybe something with dusk stones and shiny stones to make it only pure normal or pure ghost would be nice.
