Many moons ago, back when the Earth was young and nobody knew what a #YOLOSWAG was, we used to make pokemon here at the Pokémon Factory. It was a simple hobby, done as a community around the village fire at night, to the delight of young and old alike.

But then, we lost this noble calling. Forgotten, the DS archive languished with only 6 pages. "Where is Page 7?" the elderly would ask. "Why is it taking so long, when all of Page 6 went up together?"

Well, today I am happy to give you the first five entries of Page 7! We're sorry it's taken so long. Real life has a way of interfering.

Carrying on with the DP/BW style for now. Who knows, XY might have sprites in the pokedexes - it's early days yet.

Finally! Finally, you have escaped the beast that is Real Life---though it can never be defeated, so it may come back again.

Ugh, Mouchetric looks nasty now.

Hastreebel came out well, though.

Neutri is too Hello Kitty-like in its "cute" proportions for my taste, but my taste doesn't matter here.

I would comment more, but I cannot since there are only a few to comment on.

I love Hastreebel's design. Can't say I'm impressed with Bulbug, though I'm not a fan of Volbeat and Illumise, either, so that might have something to do with it. Eagerly awaiting the rest of Page 7!

Hastreebel, Neutri, and Bulbug all look great and like actual Pokémon. But I will agree with Coolsteph, Mouchetric looks really strange. I really like the old sprite's design better, but who cares? Great job, you guys!

The new design does match its pre-evolutions' looks, so it doesn't look nasty in-universe in that regard. However, compared to its former design, it looks ugly with its comparative glut of colors, especially on the eyes. The old design also more closely resembles a fly.

I see the Beezlebub. I'm not saying I don't like it, I really do like it, but I just thought it was such a huge amount of new things added it was overwhelming at first. It's a better job than most could do.

I don't like it. Plain and simple. Of course, I just can't stand demons, so maybe I'm biased, but in my opinion, this is now the worst PF has to offer, and I will NEVER support its existence as a fakemon. That being said, PF owns the sprite. Unless Mouchetric's creator reappears, objects, and requests that his/her pokemon be removed from PF, I'll either have to accept it or leave. And yes, this IS grounded in religion, a fact I am not ashamed of and won't deny.

If a vague reference to a demon (and it really is vague, mouchetric's concept is just to do with electricity buzzing like a fly), why do you enjoy pokemon at all, given that they're based around evolution? What about Arceus or Houndoom?
Even a reference like this is only tenuously linked to religion. Abrahamic religions have been around for so long that they're part of our greater culture now. Legends are always interesting fodder for pokemon, whatever the source. It's not like this pokemon supports a demon in some way, or even acknowledges its existence. In fact, if there was any chance of beelzebub actually existing, we wouldn't want to draw its attention...

Geez... Don't have to be so harsh. Beezlebub is The Lord of the flies, and Mouchetric is a fly, so it makes sense in a way. Some Pokémon are based on demons (Houndoom) or even God (Arceus) like BonzaiRob said. It isn't completely based on a demon, so why does it matter?

Alright, I agree on the first point. It is quite vauge, and I've seen three other pokemon based on demons that were way more blatant than this, actually having their names as part of the pokemon's name. Second, while pokemon evolution is often spoken of, more akin to a car getting an upgrade than Darwinian evolution. Third, they really are only tenuosly linked and I acted mainly because I believe said demon exists and I was like "oh, crap, it got to PF", because over the past day and a half it has been on my mind more than I'd like. Fourth, I agree, otherwise Legendary pokemon would be a no go. Finally, I'm glad the staff wouldn't want to call it up. I still am not ashamed. I stood up for what I thought, and would expect that from anyone. I have a "protest" planned, in the form of a angel suggestion, once I get an open spot.

A few things. Houndoom isn't based off a demon. It's based off of cerberus, who's a gaurd. Saying Houndoom is based off a demon is like saying Absol is based off a demon. Second, there already is a Angel-Based Pokemon Suggestion.

So? Look at all the frogs, caterpillars, and dragons, to name a few examples. Likewise, angels are not all gonna be the same, so limiting ourselves to a single acceptable interpretation for a pokemon is quite silly. There's Cherubs, Seraphims, and I think another, I'll have to check, though, to make sure this other suggestion doesn't include all three, like mine was gonna.

Good for you. But it's not related to the topic at hand, which is for already approved Pokemon. That being said, Mouchetric could also be a pun on bug zappers. Only, the bug is the zapper. Ha ha ha.
