Hello everyone! This is my very first suggestion so everything might not be perfect, however I have tried my best to make it perfect. Feel free to suggest how this pokemon can improved, all feedback is welcome.
Name: Frozell (FROZen/spELL)

Description: It is made out of pure ice with ice cubes making its body. It has two arms of which it can cast spells from. It's has no legs so instead it floats constantly to move around. It's head is round but the back is shaped as if it had hair or someone has slid on its head. It has two eyes which are turquoise. It has no mouth.
Pokedex Entries:
-Dex A: It will offen hide in glaciers or frozen objects to try and take its pray by surprise. They can be very mischievous.
-Dex B: It will hide camouflaged on a frozen surface waiting to surprise its prey, then it will cast a spell and float away.
Ability: Ice body/Frigid DW: Prankster
Evolution: This Pokemon doesn't evolve.
