I credit my gaming clan, Hei Long Xin for GANGSTA GASTLY YO! And Rahjet for coming up with the most vivid idea of how it would work ever.

That said, it just had to be done. Bad shop-job on my part or not, no choice. It had to be done.

Less an inside joke, but definitely sort of inside, and for the point of amusement - and more showing just how awesome a mob of the original ghost Pokemon would be.

What actually happened was someone was trying to get a Mild Gastly in our chatroom, and he said it with food in his mouth. Instantly, one of the other members asks, "Did you just say Gangster Gastly?" We correct her, but then she has to ask how a Gastly could possibly be gangster. I respond with "put a fedora on it" and well.... This happened after I asked Rahjet to imagine a Gastly with a fedora. Yeah. It's a convoluted inside story - but hey, amusement.
