I noticed that a few Pokemon (like the recently approved Soulace) are found in a place called the Backalleys. Where exactly is the Backalleys, and what other Pokemon live there?

"backalleys" in this case refers to the alleyways, dead-end roads and seedy underpasses of Bastion City, where urbanised Pokemon can live in relative peace, though I imagine that they could be found in similar locations in other big cities.
