Description: Burrowing into the ground it hides its pointed face and two clawed arms. It leaves its back above the surface revealing a small plant with purple berries. Their sweet scent luring prey to their doom as when eaten they find it is poisonous. When not burrowed they move using their arms to pull themselves along. Its shape resemble a grimer but is made from rock.
Pokedex Entries:
-Dex A: Its rock hard body protects it from pokemon and people who walk on them mistaking them for small rocks.

-Dex B: The berries growing on its back often are mistaken for grapes or other berries and are eaten. These berries then poison the foe allowing the Akee to escape or eat its victim.
Ability: Rattled, raises speed if hit with dark, ghost or bug moves.
Evolution: Evolves to Tansy at lvl35

Its claws are still sharp allowing it to build homes in burrows.

Classifications don't make sense, the hole ability is OP'd, needs more support moves to balance. I'd say we can probably get this thing in shape with a little tuning.

Ok, so more support moves i'll look through the pf dex and see about changing that. It's been edited, any other problems?

You may want to look at examples of learn sets before you try to make one yourself. Pokemon that evolve through level usually have their second form learn all the same moves as their previous form (even moves the previous form would have already learn, usually once at level 0 and once at the level that the previous form learned it at,) with a few exceptions which usually occur when the second form learns powerful moves at level 0 that the previous form didn't learn so that people go to the move tutor. Also, Tansy learns its final moves waaaaay too late. Muk, by comparison, learns its final move at level 64 (level 57 in Black and White 2.) Also, I'm pretty sure an item like your poison berry item already exists.

What else is wrong here...

Let's start with the Mons themselves. They don't seem to hardly have any real world inspirations. The idea of having a succulent-looking fruit that's actually poison has already been done with Poisapple and Trapple, and for some reason the entire concept of it has been scrapped upon evolution. The names are pulled from nowhere, which is something that should never be done. The concept is too simple (they're basically ball/wolf-shaped rocks, and one has a plant on it), which makes for a boring Pokemon, even if it does allow the Staff to modify it. You also shouldn't be saying, "Think X made of Y," because it means that it's not very original. All in all, it probably should be redone entirely.

On to movelits. Yes, they are horrible. They don't have any rhyme or reason to them, you just took interesting-looking moves of their types and slapped random levels onto them. Try and keep a steady level gap between moves, and make them moves that the Pokemon could reasonably learn (Having a Pokemon without any sharp parts learn Cross Poison makes no sense). Also make it reasonable for the level, learning weaker moves earlier and stronger moves later. Status moves are usually based off of how much of an effect they will hold on the battle. Remember that they can learn moves not of their typing; many of these will be Normal type so look at them too.

Thirdly: Abilities. They need to relate to the Pokemon. Unless a Mon is known for being out-of-tune to the world or at least on a steady beat, it shouldn't have Own Tempo. A vast majority of Pokemon families share one or both of their abilities; exceptions require justification. This applies even more so to Dream World abilities, which are almost always the same between families (branched families are often exceptions). They don't have to and probably shouldn't be new, and again they need to relate to the Pokemon. Abilities never have the same name as moves and I don't see a reason why they ever should. Even disregarding all of that, not all foam is poisonous and Poison Touch already does that.

And lastly is the other stuff about this suggestion. Thing to emphasize: Pokemon NEVER switch their type order upon evolution. If you see anymon that does, let us know because chances are it shouldn't. Tansy's held items have nothing to do with it, and they need to be changed. The Poison Berry isn't really worth it, and what it does doesn't really match its name (which needs to be changed to be like the other 64 Berries in the Pokeverse). Your listed Habitats don't match up with their Locations, and they should both be changed to better reflect each other. Your "inspirations" don't have much to do with the actual Mons.

In conclusion, almost everything about these Mons needs improvement. You should re-read all of the rules about suggesting Pokemon.
