If you scroll done the forums homepage(http://pfsuggestionsboard.yuku.com/) then you will find a whole section for RPG . I would go to the Fan RPG the PF League is in an unofficial close, which means you can still sign-up and write the story but the guy who plays the first Gym Leader has been gone for a while. Now that normally wouldn't be that big a deal but the first Gym Leader is also the Professor. So you wouldn't get very far.

You can't suggest any new moves, unless they come with your new Pokemon. There's no technical limit, but you shouldn't add more than two or three (so long as they're good).
