The first thing Coggins noticed was a little girl, about 9 years old, wearing a lab coat and glasses, and right beside her was a Teddiursa with a pink bow on its left ear.
"Hello there," the little girl said cheerfully, "I'm Rose, Professor Acacia's daughter, and this is Ursie, my pet Teddiursa.  You must be here to start a journey into Rominel, right?  Then follow me!"
Rose and Ursie walked towards the direction of a large domed building surrounded by roses, tulips, and other colorful flowers.
"Mom!" Rose cried, "We've got a new Trainer!"
Sudennly, a woman with brunette hair curled up into a pony-tail entered the room.  She appears to carry a few textbooks.
"Hello," she said calmly, "I'm Professor Acacia, and you must be one of the new Trainers.  What might your name be?"

"Very well, then," Professor Acacia said with a cheerful attitude.  "Come with me."
She then walked towards a computer screen at the edge of a wall.  After pressing a few buttons, she scanned her eye, and then the wall openned up, revealing three cases, each with three Pokeballs.
"On this left side is the Johto Set; these include Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile.  On the middle is the Hoenn Set; these include Treeko, Torchic, and Mudkip.  And finally, on the right is the Sinnoh Set; these include Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup.  Which Pokemon do you want, Mr. Coggins?"

"One moment."
Professor Acacia entered a security code for the Johto Set and picked up a Pokeball with a fire symbol on it.
"Here's your Cyndaquil.  Now-" she walked off towards an engine-like machine and handed Coggins a rectangular device.
"This is your Pokedex.  And these-" she handed him five empty Pokeballs and three Potions "-will help you on your journey.  Now, pass through Route 701 and you'll enter Victora Town.  Once there, go to the RCS headquarters-that's Rominel Cyber Security for short-and meet my sister.  That will be the only way to continue your journey."

"We don't have a Pokemon Center; but we do have a hotel right next door.  Follow me-I'll help you get a room for free."
Professor Acacia walked into the door of the hotel, and talked to the lady at the counter.  She turned around to Coggins, but froze in her tracks.
For behind Coggins was a tall lady with dark hair and a purple dress; however, she carried a scalding look on her face, and a glaring gaze at the new Trainer.
"Ah, another brat from another unworthy region." She took a good look at Coggins and said, "Humph.  Nothing but a little geeky clock-maker."
Suddenly, she glared down harder at Coggins and replied softly, "Your kind are not worthy to be Trainers; if it wasn't for the RCS, I would ship you back to your home-whether you want to or not.  Stay away from the Gyms...or else."
With that, the lady walked away; Professor Acacia raced over to Coggins.
"Oh, my goodness," she said with a heavy breath, "I thought she was going to attack you for a second.  That was Madame Tremaine-the last Gym Leader of Rominel, and the richest person in Rominel.  She is cold to everyone who doesn't agree with her...and she scares new Trainers just to make them quit.  Several kids who tried to be Trainers left after being threatened by her; luckily, the RCS is watching her.  Anyways, your room is Room 329.  Have fun on your journey, and also, don't forget to meet my sister at Victora Town.  Good luck on your journey!"
Professor Acacia left the hotel, back towards her lab.
I hope Tremaine doesn't do anything to that boy...
