You could go with either imgur, Minus, or Dropbox.

Imgur is super fast, easy-to-use, and convenient for posting links. There's a 10MB individual file size limit but otherwise you can upload a limitless number of files. The files get deleted if they get less than one view per six months.

Minus works similarly to imgur. There's a 2GB individual file size limit and a 10GB storage limit. The files stay indefinitely unless you decide to delete them.

Dropbox is a bit more complicated, since it's a general cloud storage app instead of a dedicated image sharing app. Just in case you aren't familiar with this, it creates a folder on your hard drive that automatically gets uploaded to- and synchronized with the dropbox servers. You treat it like a normal folder but you can get image/file url's through right clicking on your files, which you can use for posting. There's a 2GB storage limit(but you can still get free space through doing certain tasks) but no individual file size limit. The files are also stored offline so you can access them without an internet connection. There's no deletion policy.

You can use imgur and Minus without an account.

tinypic still kinda sucks though.

3. IMO it's probably best to make an account so you don't lose track of your uploads. Also you get the option to keep your files private.
